FEP PTFE PFA lined ball valve feature

The structure of FEP PTFE PFA lined ball valve is full diameter floating ball (two-stage type) and full diameter fixed ball (three-stage type) (small diameter is two-piece type, large diameter is three-piece type), PTFE PFA lined ball valve is mainly used to cut off or connect the corrosive medium in pipeline and can be used for fluid regulation and control. Compared with other valves, FEP PTFE PFA lined ball valve has the following features:
1. Small fluid resistance, the lining of the ball valve inner wall smooth, smooth flow passage is the least resistance of all valves.
2. The switch is fast and convenient, and only need to rotate the sphere 90° to complete the opening and closing action.
3. Special molding process is adopted to line the lining material on the inner wall of valve shell, which can withstand the corrosion of strong acid and strong alkali media.The liner sphere is combined with the PTFE seat for good sealing and zero leakage.
4. Pneumatic, electric, hydraulic and other driving devices can be configured to achieve remote control and automatic operation.
5. The ball is integrated with the valve stem to eliminate the rotation Angle difference, eliminate the risk of valve stem rushing out of the body due to pressure changes, and ensure the safety and reliability of use.

Features: Mechanical, electrical properties and chemical stability are basically the same as F4, but outstanding advantages are high dynamic strike toughness, excellent weather resistance and radiation.
 
Polypropylene: RPP
Applicable medium: aqueous solution of inorganic salts, dilute or concentrated solution of inorganic acids and bases.

Feature: excellent chemical stability, high heat resistance, cold resistance, low friction coefficient, excellent self-lubricating material, but poor mechanical properties, poor fluidity, large thermal expansion.
 
Polyolefin: PO
Applicable medium: acid base salt of various concentration and some organic solvent.
Operating temperature: -58~80

Soluble polytetrafluoroethylene：PFA
Applicable medium: strong acid, strong base, strong oxidant, etc.

Feature: excellent chemical stability, high heat resistance, cold resistance, low friction coefficient, excellent self-lubricating material, but poor mechanical properties, poor fluidity, large thermal expansion.The performance is better than F4, and the color is transparent but white .
